About the place

A place where you truly slow down

Brzozowa Polanka lies in Stary Lipowiec, in the Lower Tanew Valley in Roztocze. Two year-round houses stand on fenced grounds, and you rent each one in full — no shared walls with strangers.

Around them is a meadow, a private birch grove with hammocks and a small pond. In spring the broad-leaved marsh orchid blooms on our meadow — a wild orchid that only grows where nature has stayed untouched.

Evenings here are spent by the fire or in the hot tub with a view of the birches. In the morning, all you need is to step out onto the terrace with a coffee.

The area

Roztocze on your doorstep

Brzozowa Polanka lies in the Lower Tanew Valley — a good base for exploring Roztocze. All around are forests, walking and cycling trails and nature reserves.

The nearby Tanew river means kayak trips through its natural bends. In autumn the Roztocze forests are full of mushrooms — we are happy to help you organise a mushroom outing, and for trips around Roztocze and Zamość we can recommend a guide we know well.

How do I book a stay?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-out in both houses: 8:00–11:00. Check-in in both houses: 15:00–23:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, pets are welcome in both houses and we do not charge for them. The grounds are fully fenced, and bowls and a dog bed are waiting for you.

How much do the hot tub and sauna cost?

Each house has its own hot tub with jets in its garden. It costs 300 zł for your whole stay, for your exclusive use, and needs to be booked in advance so that we can prepare it in time. The sauna is charged separately, depending on how long you use it.

Do you welcome families with small children?

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. On request we will set up a cot and a high chair free of charge. Children aged 3 and over pay the adult rate.

Can we hold a party?

Only if agreed with us in advance. Without our agreement, parties and hen or stag nights are not allowed — Brzozowa Polanka is above all a place for quiet rest.

Is there Wi-Fi and parking?

Yes, both houses have free Wi-Fi, and there is free private parking on site — no booking needed.
