About the house
Brzozowa Polanka II is our new year-round house, rented in full. It stands on a spacious, fully fenced property in Stary Lipowiec — a place for those who value quiet, closeness to nature and privacy.
The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a dining area with a table for ten, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with doors.
Air conditioning keeps you comfortable in every season, and the spacious terrace with a barbecue invites you to eat outdoors.

How do I book a stay?
Directly with us — choose a house and dates in the form on this website, and we will confirm by phone or e-mail. You can also find both houses on Booking.com. Or simply call or write to us: +48 606 407 056, brzozowapolanka@gmail.com.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out in both houses: 8:00–11:00. Check-in in both houses: 15:00–23:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, pets are welcome in both houses and we do not charge for them. The grounds are fully fenced, and bowls and a dog bed are waiting for you.
How much do the hot tub and sauna cost?
Each house has its own hot tub with jets in its garden. It costs 300 zł for your whole stay, for your exclusive use, and needs to be booked in advance so that we can prepare it in time. The sauna is charged separately, depending on how long you use it.
Do you welcome families with small children?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. On request we will set up a cot and a high chair free of charge. Children aged 3 and over pay the adult rate.
Can we hold a party?
Only if agreed with us in advance. Without our agreement, parties and hen or stag nights are not allowed — Brzozowa Polanka is above all a place for quiet rest.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, both houses have free Wi-Fi, and there is free private parking on site — no booking needed.
